At MineBooks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every book is carefully packed and checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issue with your order, our Return & Replacement Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The book received is damaged or defective
- The book received is different from what you ordered
- The book contains misprints, missing pages, torn pages, or binding issues
Note: The return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The book must be unused and in original condition
- The issue must be supported with clear images or a short video
- The request must be submitted within the allowed time period
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The book is damaged due to customer mishandling
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The book was purchased during a discount or sale, unless it is damaged or incorrect
- Digital products or eBooks
4. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement, please email us at:

- Order ID
- Images or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
5. Replacement Process
Once the request is approved:
- A replacement book will be dispatched at no additional cost.
- If the replacement is not available, we will offer either a refund or store credit.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after a quality inspection of the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time is usually 5–7 business days.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
